"Jicaras" engraved
The fruit from the same tree, the "JICARO", is the origin of this typical campesino nicaraguan drinking cup. Once the fruit dries, it is labored and engraved totally by hand, and the result is a splendid natural color of its own wood. The Jicara is made in Rivas, to the South of Nicaragua.
